Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have officially closed the chapter on their marriage, putting their differences aside to focus on what matters most: their daughters.
After months of speculation, the Hollywood-Australia power couple, both 58, have finalised their divorce. The settlement was officially filed in court on Tuesday, January 6, just three months after Kidman filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

In what some are calling a surprisingly amicable split, Kidman and Urban have agreed to waive all child and spousal support. Each will also handle their own legal fees and expenses.

“It’s very clean,” a source close to the pair told PEOPLE. “Both are focused on making sure their kids are happy and secure, not on any money issues.”
The couple shares two daughters, Faith, 15, and Sunday, 17. According to their parenting plan, both parents must “behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship,” even after divorce.
The agreement specifically states no bad-mouthing each other or extended family. They will also have to encourage each child to love and feel comfortable with both parents.
Kidman’s home will be the primary residence, with the girls staying there 306 days a year. Urban gets 59 days a year with them, including every other weekend from Saturday 10 am to Sunday 6 pm. Both will jointly make major decisions regarding Faith and Sunday’s education, health, and overall well-being.
